When it comes to our “Wellness,” what does that really mean? Is it exercise? Is it therapy? Is it better sleep? The answer is, it’s everything we think, feel, and as a result - do. So, let’s start with one thing at a time. The rest will follow accordingly.

Cat’s work is grounded in science and evidence - and guided by the awareness that some aspects of reality simply haven’t been fully explained yet. She uses science and evidence based practices and tools, backed by yogic practices and other schoolings, whenever they genuinely support healing, and is equally willing to work with approaches that clearly help, even if the current language of healthcare hasn’t caught up. For her, that’s not a contradiction - it’s true care. She specializes in integrative recovery and Life coaching, holding multiple certifications from accredited and also niche programs, offering the best of both Worlds (known and unknown) to her Clients.

Cat affectionately uses her coined term, “Lensing©,” or “Wellness Lensing©”, rather than “coaching” or “teaching,” because what we’re doing is focusing on what it is you want, what is blocking you from being there, and then healing or growing accordingly and realistically to yourself and your patterns and abilities.

What Will I Get From This?

It is up to you. Cat’s goal is to use all of the skills and knowledge she has and pass it to you. Cat wants your mind to feel positive, your body to feel healthy and pain-free, and for you to Live as the Individual and remarkable person you really are. You can see Cat intermittently, or for an acute issue (sleep habits could be an example,) or for a more long-term overall Wellness plan. She wants you to feel, know, and see that fully. Plans for time frames and frequency vary.

Can I Do Virtual Video?

Virtual sessions are available for any type of lensing except hands-on work by Cat. Yes, this means Cat teaches practices like yoga, physical and psychological coaching, at-home life changes, and more via a video platform, like Zoom. You don’t need alot of space. Cat went through special schooling to be able to perform everything she does (except hands-on) online/virtually. At first, Cat may have a setup where you can follow her movements, graduating eventually to simply being guided. Meditation, thoughtfulness, habits, yoga, stretching, self-help, and more are all available via live video platform. Plans for time frames and frequency vary.

What Happens for In-Person Sessions?

This is the most common. In-Person sessions provide Cat the ability to do hands-on work such a PNF and physical help with learning movements for your body. This also provides Cat the chance to see your environment so she can help you to think of ways to improve your surroundings to support a vibrant Self. She brings all the tools. You need nothing but your beautiful Self. Over time, Clients usually purchase tools recommended by so that they regularly have access to them. (*Colorado Clients Only have access to this option, specific areas apply and rates vary.) Plans for time frames and frequency vary.

Who Can Sign Up?

Anyone with the following 4 specifications::

1) 35 years and older
2) ready to do the work
3) willing to have an open mind
4) and capable of financially supporting their journey

If you fall into those categories, you are welcome to schedule a paid consultation with Cat. She currently is accepting Clients ages 35-90 years old (yes, she has 80+ year old Clients as well). Anyone under 35 is welcome to reach out to ask questions. Cat does not work with minors - Please see Recommendations page for outsourced practitioners.

What If I Don’t Know What I Want?

Oh boy, who really does?! This is what paid consultations are all about. We discover what your Life is like, how your body feels, and if you are where you want to be in Life. From there we can develop a plan that works for you, which may be in-person (*Colorado specific towns only), virtual (phone and/or video), or hybrid.

Can I Do Virtual by Phone Instead?

You can choose to have Cat on-hand (with timing exceptions) by phone, once a week coaching for a period of time, or the recommended twice a week for a period of time with gradual decrease in sessions. People often choose this option if they don’t prefer to be seen, or, they simply need voiced coaching. Should it be necessary, and it has been for Clients in the past, you may even arrange more frequent calls for acute issues such as obtaining Sobriety coaching. Plans for time frames and frequency vary.

Can I Do Hybrid Sessions?

Absolutely! If you are a Colorado resident in specific areas you are applicable for in-person sessions. The typical move is to begin twice a week in-person for a period of time, then the graduation steps are to twice a week with one visit being Virtual and the other In-Person for another period of time, then twice a week virtually, and ultimately just on-hand! Hybrid sessions are also particularly helpful to those who travel alot or have very minimal availability. Plans for time frames and frequency vary.
