Cat Frisby is a podcaster, like everyone else in America (just kidding!) She started in 2023 because after many years of going through clinical counseling, her counselor recommended numerous times that she try to be a guest speaker on a Ted Talks. Cat asked, “What in the World would I talk about?” Her counselor said, “Your trauma survival and inspiring story.” Cat said, “Oh, that would take many, many talks.” After a few years of pondering the idea, Cat realized how many remarkable people she knows. Although it is a passion/hobby rather than a regularly paid position, she tries to interview and edit when she can. More from her to come. The first link is directly to her YouTube channel. The next links are to other podcasts she recommends to her Clients. These are in no particular order (except for hers!) and the associated Lens Cat would use the podcast for is written beneath the Host/Hostess information. Enjoy the listen!

Alan Watts Archive, by Alan Watts Archive

(Spiritual & ~Existential Lens)

Short quips from Alan Watts. Alan Watts knows how to change perspective. He will take one mediocre example of one thing in Life, and take you down many roads of perspective. Ultimately inspiring you to realize that you have the power to decide. Decide what you’re feeling, how you feel it, how you see it, how you think it.. and so on. Sometimes we need this level of encouragement, the rest of the time it’s peaceful and beautiful. Spirituality is not a religion, nor the absence of, it is simply connection to something. You decide what that is. Maybe it’s the Now, maybe it’s the Never. Maybe it’s the how to, or how not to. It’s when we lose

this ability notice perspective that we’ve lost touch with our Spirituality. Let the late and lovely Alan Watts be the shoulder to rely on for those days.
